American Equus Elite "Escape" Crystal Edition Safety Stirrups

The use of American Equus Escape equestrian safety stirrups involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and injuries to the rider, horse, and others. While safety stirrups are designed to reduce such risks, no safety equipment can completely eliminate them. Therefore, the user assumes all risks associated with the use of these products.

By purchasing, owning, or using equestrian safety stirrups, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

1. They have read and understood the product instructions and warnings provided by the manufacturer and will follow them at all times.
2. They are solely responsible for their own safety and the safety of their horse and others while using the product.
3. They release and hold harmless the manufacturer, distributor, retailer, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the product, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death.
4. They waive any and all rights to sue or seek compensation from the manufacturer, distributor, retailer, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns for any losses or damages, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of or in connection with the use of the product.
5. They indemnify and hold harmless the manufacturer, distributor, retailer, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with their use of the product.
