American Equus Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

We currently use UPS to ship our products. When your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number associated with your shipment.

International Shipping

We currently only ship the United States and Canada. To request an international shipment, please contact us at cs@americanequus.com

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping may be available, but may not be available for all products.

Tracking Numbers

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information for your shipment. In some instances, there may be multiple shipments for one order. Please allow up to 24 hours once receiving a tracking number for the information to be processed through the shipping provider’s website.

Shipment Departures

Due to COVID-19, there may be temporary delays with shipping certain products within our website. Typically, orders ship within 2-3 days from purchase date. In some instances, shipments may be delayed up to 7 days from the purchase date.
